Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 17, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Stribly.

Service

Stribly provides software for invoicing, customer management, payment and refund tracking, imports, analytics, and related business workflows. Stribly is intended for business use only.

Stribly is operated by NIKOLA IVANOV PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE WEBREDONE VRANJE, registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR), matični broj 65994151, PIB 112275671. Registered seat: Sobinska 2, 17500 Vranje, Serbia. Stribly is not registered for VAT. When these Terms refer to “Stribly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, they refer to that operating business unless the context clearly means the software product. You can contact us at todo_replace@stribly.com.

Stribly does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing invoices, taxes, payment records, customer data, imports, exports, reports, and business decisions before relying on them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users or organizations you create or manage.

You may not use Stribly to process unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive content or transactions.

Plans and limits

Stribly currently offers:

  • Free: 0 EUR, includes 2 active customers and 1 invoice per calendar month. Imports and analytics are not included.
  • Pro monthly: 12 EUR per month, includes unlimited customers, unlimited invoices, imports, and analytics.
  • Pro annual: 120 EUR per year, includes the same paid access as Pro monthly at a lower yearly cost.

We may change plan limits, pricing, or features in the future. If a change materially affects paid access, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”). Polar acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases made through Polar Checkout.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms as Stribly’s product terms and to Polar’s buyer, checkout, billing, subscription, refund, acceptable-use, and customer portal terms. Stribly is the supplier and licensor of the software product. Polar is the reseller and payment-facing contracting party for the checkout transaction. Your purchase through Polar is also governed by Polar’s Buyer Terms and Conditions, Polar’s Privacy Policy, and Polar’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Prices on Stribly pages are base prices unless stated otherwise. Polar Checkout may show localized currency, taxes, discounts, fees, and final totals before payment. Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on checkout settings and local requirements. Taxes may be calculated and charged by Polar during checkout.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Annual subscriptions renew yearly until canceled. Before you complete a recurring subscription purchase, Polar Checkout presents the subscription price, renewal frequency, cancellation process, and recurring charge disclosure. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and keeping your payment method and billing email up to date. Polar may send transaction confirmations, receipts, invoices, renewal notices, failed-payment notices, cancellation notices, and other billing communications by email where required or supported.

If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period unless Polar or Stribly indicates otherwise.

Refunds and cancellations

You can manage payment methods, cancellation, invoices, receipts, and subscription state through the billing portal made available by Stribly and Polar. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges unless Polar’s process, our operational review, or applicable law says otherwise.

Refund handling is subject to Polar’s terms, Polar’s refund process, applicable law, card network rules, and our operational review. Polar may evaluate refunds and may issue refunds where required by law, where the product has not been provided, where a transaction issue requires it, or where Polar determines that refunding is appropriate to prevent or resolve chargeback risk. If a refund is issued, access to the refunded paid product or subscription may end.

If you were charged sales tax, VAT, GST, or a similar consumption tax and believe you qualify for a tax correction, exemption, or refund, contact support through the billing flow or the Stribly support channel so the request can be handled with Polar.

If a payment fails, Polar may retry payment, send payment notices, cancel the order or subscription, suspend access to the paid subscription, or make customer portal actions available to you. Stribly may preserve paid access during a grace period, restrict access, downgrade access, or cancel paid features according to the billing state received from Polar.

Polar may refuse, suspend, review, refund, or cancel a transaction, subscription, or account where required by law, card network rules, sanctions restrictions, unsupported-country rules, fraud-prevention controls, chargeback risk, or Polar’s acceptable-use requirements.

If you dispute a charge, raise a chargeback, or request a payment reversal, Polar may investigate and defend the charge. Stribly may suspend or restrict access to the related paid features while the dispute is reviewed, where allowed by law and provider terms.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for customer, organization, invoice, payment, refund, tax, item, comment, import, and export data you enter into Stribly. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and store that data in Stribly.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law or violate third-party rights;
  • attempt unauthorized access to Stribly or another user’s data;
  • interfere with security, subscription billing, availability, or integrity of the service;
  • upload malware, abusive content, or data you do not have authority to process;
  • reverse engineer or misuse the service except where law permits;
  • use Stribly for spam, fraud, sanctions evasion, or deceptive activity.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Stribly may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, third-party provider issues, security work, or product changes.

We may update features, user interface, limits, integrations, and technical behavior as the product evolves.

Intellectual property

Stribly and its software, design, branding, documentation, and website content belong to Stribly or its licensors. You may use Stribly only as permitted by these terms.

Your business data remains your responsibility. These terms do not transfer ownership of your customer or invoice data to Stribly.

Disclaimers

Stribly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business, accounting, tax, or compliance requirement.

You are responsible for verifying invoice outputs, tax settings, reports, exports, imports, and any decisions made using Stribly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stribly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services.

Termination

You may stop using Stribly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully.

Some records may be retained after termination where needed for legal, tax, accounting, audit, subscription billing, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, application, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
